Imran Abubeker

Program Director

Imran Abubeker began his journey with Kelem Ethiopia as a volunteer before officially assuming the role of Resource Mobilization Officer in August 2012. Currently, he serves as a Program Director at the Head Office, where he oversees various programs and initiatives, ensuring that the organization achieves its goals with excellence and integrity. With 16 years of dedication to the humanitarian field, Imran brings a wealth of experience to his role.
Imran has also been actively involved in numerous tech startup companies. He currently holds the position of Vice Manager at InfraNet Technology PLC, a company that provides a wide range of technology services, including telecom infrastructure and SaaS solutions. His diverse expertise in both the humanitarian and technology sectors makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Education

Imran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Addis Ababa University and a Diploma in Executive Community Leadership from both Jönköping University and Addis Ababa University.
