Kelem Ethiopia works to enhance the quality of education through the provision of educational materials, training for teachers and education professionals, peer education initiatives, and tutorial programs. These interventions support 12 schools in South Wollo Zone; Kalu Woreda and Kombolcha City Administration, benefiting more than 32,000 community members.
Kelem Ethiopia focuses on expanding access to quality education, particularly in hard-to-reach communities. Key interventions include the establishment of 68 Alternative Basic Education (ABE) centers for children and women, as well as the rehabilitation and furnishing of 168 schools across the region.

To support the development endeavors and equitable service provision of the people of Ethiopia in general and disadvantaged communities in particular in the areas of education, health, livelihood, water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), emergency humanitarian responses, and other related activities by mobilizing resources from the community, donors, and other income-generating sources.
