Mulugeta joined Kelem Ethiopia in January 2024 and is responsible for overall MEAL System management of the organization at Kelem Head Office. Mulugeta has around 20 years of work experience of which over 12 years were in different development and humanitarian national and international organizations mainly in the MEAL Department. Mulugeta brings experience and expertise in institutionalizing the MEAL System and developing appropriate data collection tools to baseline, midline, end-line, PDM and need assessment surveys on hardcopies and mobile data collection apps. Besides data collection, analysis, interpretation, reporting and visualizing for the data driven decision making and capitalizing knowledge management and sharing lesson learned.

Mulugeta holds Master of Social Work in distinction from Arsi University and an Educational Leadership and Management from Dilla University the same with distinction.
