Ensuring access to quality education requires collaboration, shared responsibility, and collective action among government institutions, NGOs, schools, communities, and other education stakeholders.
Recognizing the importance of collective action, Kelem Ethiopia organized an Education Advocacy and Consultative Workshop to discuss key challenges, resource gaps, and opportunities for stronger collaboration in the education sector.
During the consultation, Mr. Mezgebu Asmamaw, Project M&E Expert at the Amhara Regional State Education Bureau, emphasized that the government cannot address all education gaps alone. He highlighted the important role of non-governmental organizations and other stakeholders in contributing to education development and improving learning opportunities for children and communities.
